Good to know
- Internal site only. There's no mobile app or push notifications; notifications are email plus badge counts in Meet's menu.
- English only.
- One staff list per Rock instance. Departments are Meet's own (they can be imported from Rock groups); campuses aren't used.
- Scheduled reminders go out on weekdays, within the working hours set in Meet. Notifications such as praise or a shared review are sent when they happen.
- The transcript can't tell who is speaking, so the AI assigns an action item only when the notes clearly name a person.
- Recording uploads can hold a request open for up to 5 minutes, so IIS and any proxy in front of Rock must allow that.
- The Rock Shop can't uninstall plugins. Meet includes uninstall-meet.sql to remove what it added, keeping your data unless you ask.
- Anyone with direct access to the Rock database can read Meet's tables. No plugin can prevent that.
