Meet
Staff care, inside Rock.
Check-ins, reviews, goals, meetings and feedback for your church staff, with the login, people and database you already have.
Built by a church, for the Church
Your staff care for your church. Meet helps you care for your staff.
5 Point Church built Meet for its own team, so leaders could keep faithful one-on-ones, honest reviews and clear follow-through. Then we rebuilt it as a native Rock plugin so any church on Rock can use it.

Everything in one place
All of staff life, in Meet.
One-on-one check-ins, annual reviews, Peer 360s, goals, to-dos, department meetings, Roundtable and feedback, all on your Rock internal site.
Dashboard
See what's waiting on you.
Each person opens Meet to the things blocking someone else: a 360 to write, a feedback request, a review to acknowledge, an action item someone handed them.
- Latest meeting, open check-in, to-dos and recent feedback in one view
- Everyone arranges their own cards
- Drop the Meet Dashboard block on your internal home page
Check-ins
One-on-ones worth keeping.
A record of every conversation: a shared write-up, private supervisor notes, and action items that carry forward until they're done.
- The employee reads the write-up once you wrap up
- Private notes stay with the supervisor, always
- Unfinished items roll into the next check-in
Annual reviews & Peer 360
Honest reviews, gently delivered.
Score each statement 1–5 and answer written questions. It stays a draft until you share it, and the employee acknowledges it, with room to respond.
- 360 answers reach the employee as Colleague 1, 2, 3, never by name
- Questions set by the organization or by each leader
- Section scores and the final score are worked out for you
Goals & to-dos
From vision to Tuesday.
Personal, department and church-wide goals with progress check-ins, plus to-dos with assignees and due dates and shared checklists for the small stuff.
- Track a goal by a number: 40 volunteers, 12 new groups
- Shared To-dos for service orders, supply runs and camp packing
- A weekday-morning digest of new department to-dos
Meetings
Agendas ahead. Notes after. Nothing lost.
Send an agenda, take notes and action items, then publish to SLT, departments or named people. You can also email the notes to a board member or volunteer lead.
- Invitees suggest agenda items and respond ahead of time
- Action items get owners, even the Unassigned ones
- Search past meetings by team and host
Feedback & Roundtable
A culture of encouragement.
Give praise or a note (public, supervisor-only or private), ask for feedback, and gather topics for the weekly all-staff Roundtable.
- React with ❤️ or 👍 to say “thanks, I saw it”
- Roundtable categories from Ministry to Facilities
- The list clears itself each week
Optional AI
AI that takes notes, not liberties.
Record a meeting or check-in and Meet transcribes it, then drafts a tidy write-up with action items. It's off until an admin turns it on, and it only ever helps with what you've typed and said.
Record up to 3 hours
Pause for anything that shouldn't be in the transcript. Audio uploads in pieces as you go.
Draft Notes
Your typed notes set the priorities. The transcript fills in names, numbers and decisions.
Your provider, your key
Use Rock's Open AI or Open AI Compatible provider, or your own OpenAI, Anthropic or compatible key.
Private stays private
Private supervisor notes and personal meeting notes are never sent to AI.

Audio is deleted
Audio is deleted once it's transcribed. If a transcription fails, it's kept so you can try again, and leftovers are cleared after 24 hours.

Careful with names
The AI assigns an action item only when your notes clearly hand it to someone.

Healthy rhythms
Reminders that nudge, not nag.
Ministry work never really stops, so Meet's scheduled reminders keep to set times and don't pile up.
On a schedule
Reminders go out on weekdays within the working hours you set, plus a weekday to-do digest and a Monday catch-up.
Once per item
Something waiting gets one reminder. If it's still waiting a week later, Monday's catch-up mentions it again.
Quiet until you're ready
Nobody is emailed until setup is finished.
Looks like your church
Every email uses one editable template with your Rock header and footer.

Sarah asked for your input on Jen
Sarah is putting together a 360 review for Jen and would like your perspective alongside hers. It takes a few minutes.
Open in MeetJen will read what you write, but not who wrote it.
Privacy by design
Built for your most sensitive conversations.
Check-ins and reviews hold some of the most personal words a church has. Meet decides who sees what on the server for every action, so what someone can't see never reaches their browser.
Check-in with Sarah
Private supervisor notes · 2 action items
Enforced on the server
Every action is checked in C#. A direct call to an action URL gets the same answer as the page.
Admin isn't a skeleton key
Being a Meet or Rock administrator gives no access to anyone's check-ins.
Out of Rock's reports
Meet's data is hidden from Data Views and Reports, and from Lava unless a Rock admin grants a role access.

Keys stay encrypted
Keys pasted into Meet are encrypted with your Rock's own encryption key and never sent to a browser.
Anthropic API key
Your database
Everything lives in your own Rock SQL Server. Nothing else to host.
Audit log
Settings and AI changes, deletions, shared reviews, published meetings, staff changes and exports record who and when.
Native to Rock
Native to Rock. Nothing else to run.
Meet started as 5 Point's standalone web app. As a plugin, it uses the parts of Rock you already trust.
Setup
Set up in about 20 minutes.
Install from the Rock Shop, and a wizard walks you through the rest. You can stop at any step and pick up where you left off.
Roles
Shaped like your org chart.
Everything follows from three things: each person's role, their department, and who they report to. Rename the labels to match your church.
Employee
Their own check-ins, goals, to-dos, reviews and feedback.
Supervisor
Runs check-ins and reviews for direct reports, and starts Peer 360s.
SLT
Leads a department: sees and writes check-ins and reviews for everyone in it.
Senior Pastor
Leads every department, and is always an admin.
Questions, answered.

Contact supportFor church leaders
Can our administrators read everyone's check-ins?
No. Being a Meet or Rock administrator gives no access to check-ins. Only the employee, the supervisor who held it and the department's lead can read one.
Do we need to buy or host anything else?
No. Meet runs inside your Rock, uses your Rock login and email, and stores everything in your Rock database. AI is optional and uses a provider you choose.
Will staff be emailed the moment we install?
No. Nobody is emailed until the setup wizard is finished. After that, scheduled reminders go out on weekdays during the working hours you set, and notifications like praise are sent when they happen.
Can we use our own words?
Yes. Rename the app, choose “Church” or “Ministry” for org-wide goals, and rename the SLT and Senior Pastor roles.
Is the AI required?
No. Meet is complete without it. When AI is off, the buttons say so instead of failing.
For Rock administrators
Does installing change our existing Rock?
No. Meet only adds its own pages, roles, jobs, template and tables. Any plugin install restarts Rock, so take a backup and pick a quiet time.
How do we uninstall?
Rock can't uninstall Shop plugins, so Meet ships uninstall-meet.sql. Run it once as a dry run to see what it will remove, then again to commit. Your data is kept unless you ask for it to be removed.
Where are API keys stored?
A key pasted into Meet is encrypted with Rock's encryption key and never sent back to a browser. Rock's own AI Providers page stores its key as plain text, so paste it into Meet if that matters to you.
What does IIS need?
Recording uploads can hold a request open for up to 5 minutes while audio is transcribed, so IIS and any proxy in front of Rock must allow that. Recording also needs https.
Can staff sync from a Rock group?
Yes. Pick a group in Settings → Staff and new members arrive hourly as “waiting to be set up”. Sync only ever adds people.
Give your staff the care they give everyone else.
Meet installs from the Rock Shop and sets up in about 20 minutes.
